30-Day Satisfaction Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. To ensure a smooth process, please review the requirements below.
Return Requirements:

Condition: Items should ideally be in original packaging (exceptions apply).

Skincare/Supplements: We understand you need to try a product to know if it works. We allow returns on lightly used products if they did not meet your expectations or caused a skin reaction.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

Condition: Items must not be soiled, altered, or intentionally damaged.
How to Start Your Return

Fast Response: Our team will respond between 24-48 hours (MondayβFriday) with your return authorization and instructions.

Shipping Label: Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Pack it up: Securely package your items (using the original box if possible) and drop it off at the designated carrier.
Refund Process
Once your return is received at our warehouse:

Inspection: Completed within 48 hours.

Approval: We will notify you via email once the refund is authorized.

Credit: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3β5 business days.

Bank Processing: Please note that banks may take an additional 5β10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
Return Shipping Costs:

Our Error: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Vitaliq covers 100% of the return shipping and original shipping costs.

Change of Mind: For standard returns, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, please let us make it right immediately:

Inspect your items upon delivery.

Document any damage with photos.

We will prioritize a replacement or an immediate full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Items marked as "Final Sale."

Empty or nearly empty containers (more than 50% used).

Vitaliq Gift Cards.
Quality & Satisfaction Promise
We are committed to your results. If you experience a quality issue or an adverse skin reaction within 90 days of purchase, please reach out to us. We will work with you to find a solution, whether it's a different product match or a store credit.
