Processing & Delivery Times

Order Tracking

Customs & Import Duties

Address Accuracy & Responsibility

Modifications: Due to our rapid fulfillment process, address changes cannot be made after an order is placed.

Liability: VitaliQ is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address entry. If an error is made on our end, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost in Transit

A package is officially considered "Lost" if the tracking shows no movement or updates for 20 consecutive days.

In these cases, please contact hello@shopvitaliq.com to initiate a replacement.

Claims must be filed within 30 days of the original estimated delivery date.
Delivered but Missing If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package:

Check with neighbors and around all secondary entry points of your property.

Wait 1β2 business days, as carriers occasionally mark items as delivered prematurely.

File a "missing package" claim with your local post office.

Email us your claim number and order details for further assistance.
